Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed upon shipment.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $13 applies.

International Shipping

• At this time, Hans Medical only ships to addresses within the United States.
