Retund Policy

Terms and Conditions

   All purchases from Hans Medical are final and non-refundable—no exceptions.


Defective Products

   Customers must inspect their items upon receipt and report any defects to Hans Medical within 7 calendar days.
   Exchanges will only be processed if reported within this period. Failure to notify us within 7 days forfeits the right to an exchange.


Exchange Instructions for Defective Products

  • To request an RMA#, email info@hansmedicalshop.com with the product details, quantity, and a copy of the invoice.

  • If approved, Hans Medical will provide an RMA# and UPS shipping label.

  • Securely pack the item in a protective box. Returns in inadequate packaging may be ineligible for credit if damaged.

  • Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package for processing.

  • Ship the package to:

  • Hans Medical is not liable for lost or damaged products during return shipment.

  • Upon receipt, Hans Medical will inspect the returned items for damage or missing components.


Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

   All legal matters shall be governed by California law and fall under the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California courts.


   Merchandise remains the property of Hans Medical until paid in full.
