How to use
Tissues must be kept at the specified storage temperature until immediately prior to use, and each tissue must be individually rehydrated or thawed.

Open the double or triple packaging (including the outer packaging) and hand over the inner packaging to the surgical participant wearing sterile clothing, taking care not to contaminate it.

Make sure the inner packaging is not damaged.

It is recommended that a bacterial culture be performed prior to immersion in the sterilization solution.

Rehydrate or thaw the tissue in a container containing sterile saline or lactated Ringer's solution stored at room temperature or the antibiotic solution preferred by the physician. (When rehydrating, stir well for 15 seconds using a sterile long stick, etc.)

Weight-bearing tissues undergo rehydration or thawing for at least 60 minutes, and non-weight-bearing tissues undergo rehydration or thawing for at least 30 minutes.

Bone and soft tissue that have not undergone rehydration or thawing are easily broken by external force, and bone must be cut carefully using an electric saw when resecting, and easily broken by external force applied with an osteotome, etc.

Wash by exchanging the solution about 3 times to remove any residual reagents used during processing.

After preparation, human tissue is transplanted.

Storage Method

The distribution tissue bank, end-user physician, and end-user institution are responsible for storing the product in an appropriate storage environment prior to transplantation. Freeze-dried products can be stored for up to 5 years at room temperature (1 to 30°C) when sealed and packaged in containers.
